Join us in Blackstone, VA for the 2023 2nd Sat Art Walk from Apr-Nov from 11-3pm featuring arts & crafts, music, food & more. We are excited to bring back Second Saturday Art Walk for our second year to Blackstone, Virginia. During our first year of the event in 2022, we had over 60 vendors participate! This awesome event is sponsored by In Town Art LLC and hosted by a committee of artists, businesses, and local residents. Our mission is to provide a fun, entertaining, community event that showcases our talented local artists, crafters, & performers, and provides a fun entertaining day to ALL people in the community, regardless of socio-economic or political affiliation, gender, or race. All artists are responsible for charging and reporting sales tax.
Please let us know if you need electricity and we will work with you to assign you a space near an outlet. Please email information@intownart.org.
The event will not be canceled until 8:00AM on the day of the event. Cancelation will be emailed and posted on our website at secondsaturdayartwalk.com and on facebook.com/Blackstone2ndSaturday. In case of cancellation, your fee will be applied to the following month's event unless we receive an email that you would like to receive a refund. Please email information@intownart.org.
Yes, any resale, imported, or commercially made items are prohibited. This event will be open to the general public, including children, so please make sure everything you display is family friendly.
No, all vendors will provide your own tables, table coverings, and chairs. Vendors using tents should ensure that they do not block the sidewalk or street and that weights are used if there are high winds.
We ask that you please remain in your assigned space the day of the show unless you have an emergency or health risk. We will mix it up for the next show, but feel free to let the committee know of any changes needed. Feel free to send us an email to information@intownart.org with any preferences.
